		<description>The assumption of privilege by the &#039;uptown&#039; driver - just sitting waiting for others to do the heavy, dirty, wet work, then driving on without thanks or acknowledgement - is unfortunately only too common. The division of Kingstonians into &#039;uptown&#039; and &#039;downtown&#039; is itself so offensive I wonder how it is that we accept it so easily...</description>
