It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Victor Fareed Shoucair on February 24, 2022 in Vancouver, Canada after a brief illness. Born in Linstead, Jamaica on February 10, 1937, Victor was a previous Councillor of Saint Catherine. Known to most as Fareed, he was an avid tennis lover, political enthusiast, and was passionate about life and people. The most cherished part of his life was his family. He is survived by his wife Cecelia (Haddad), children Annabelle (Brian) and Robert (Marcia), his grandchildren Maya, Austin, Luke and Sullivan, as well as his sister Althea and brother-in-law, Elias Karram. Victor was an outgoing, generous, and kind man who brought joy to many. He will be sorely missed by all who knew him. VICTOR FAREED SHOUCAIR Death Announcement Errol Webley Reid (Teddy) Late of Royal Flat, Williamsfield, Manchester, Motor Mechanic died on the 2nd of February 2022. He is survived by his wife Pagolyn and 6 children: Errol (Jnr), Zoe, Tommy, Carrie, Deon, Melissa, brothers Fritz, Anthony, Wayne, sister Cynthia, sisters-in-law Paulette and Grace, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Thanksgiving service will be held on Friday the 11th, March 2022 at the Wesley Mount Methodist Church at Williamsfield, Manchester at 1:00 pm. Cremation follows at a later date.
