Prioritizes, with the agreement of Group CEO and Board of Directors, the strategy execution. • Responsible for planning, directing and controlling the operations of the company in accordance with the Company’s strategies and systems. Ensures that the firm’s exposure level of risk (enterprise wide) is in line with established standards. • Grows the business and builds an organization that is true to the Company’s vision and values and fulfills its commitment to its diverse stakeholders. • Works with the Company’s Operations and other business line heads in developing and executing the Integrated FocusedOphthalmics Services model across the country to achieve efficiency and client satisfaction targets. • Oversees the development of an electronic services strategy for Focused Ophthalmics; works with key stakeholders to implement. • Managing the daily financial operations and the full operation of the company’s internal control structure. • Responsible for overseeing property management and maintenance at Head Office. • Marketing activities EDUCATION, TRAINING ANDCOMPETENCIES REQUIRED: • A minimum of a First Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Management, Engineering or Project Management. • An M.B.A. in Finance would be an asset. • Minimum of 5 years in Leadership position or Business administration. • Excellent communication and leadership skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft word, excel, ppt, projects (software) basic knowledge of accounting software Peach Tree, Quick Books). • Excellent planning and organizational skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent interpersonal skillswith the proven ability to provide leadership and motivate a diverse team of individuals. • High level of proficiency in the use of computers, particularly spreadsheets with working knowledge of presentation programmes and equipment.
