CORPORATE SERVICES DIVISION 1. PUBLIC PROCUREMENT OFFICER (VACANT) Minimum Required Qualifications and Experience • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management Studies or equivalent qualification from a recognized tertiary institution. • Two to Three (2-3) years related working experience in purchasing or procurement (preferably in the Government service). • Professional exposure/training/certification in Procurement (specifically Government procurement) and/or Purchasing/Supply Chain Management and Project Management would be an asset. 2. DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT ADMINISTRATOR (VACANT) Minimum Required Qualification and Experience • Bachelor of Science degree in Library and Information Studies, Business Administration, Public Administration, Management Studies or equivalent qualification. • Training in Records Management or Information Governance would be a distinct asset. • At least three years’ experience in a records management environment. 3. FINAL ACCOUNTS OFFICER (VACANT) Minimum Required Qualification and Experience • AAT (Level 2) or CAT (Level B); OR • Diploma, Accounting from a recognized institution; OR • Government Accounting (Level 2); • Two (2) years’ experience working with bank reconciliation. 4. ASSISTANT PROPERTY ACCOUNTS OFFICER (VACANT) Minimum Required Qualification and Experience • 5 CXC/GCE ‘O’ Level including English Language and Accounting or Mathematics. 5. GARDENER (VACANT) Minimum Required Qualification and Experience • Completion of Secondary School; • Must be able to read and write; • At least one year’s related experience in grounds maintenance and gardening. 6. DRIVER – 3 Temporary Posts Minimum Required Qualification and Experience • High School/Secondary School Leaving Certificate • Holder of a General Driver’s Licence to include Motor Cars, Trucks (not less than 3000kgs laden weight) and PPV Licence should be without traffic violations or endorsements • Minimum of three (3) years related working experience • Training or exposure in customer service and defensive driving would be an advantage SURVEYS AND MAPPING DIVISION 7.HYDROGRAPHIC SURVEYOR (VACANT) Minimum Required Qualification and Experience • Undergraduate degree or equivalent in Land Surveying OR Land Surveyor’s Commission. • Training in Supervisory Management. • Basic Training and two years working experience in hydrographic surveying OR IHO Category B Hydrographic Surveyor Certification. 8. ASSISTANT HYDROGRAPHIC SURVEYOR (2 VACANT POSTS) Minimum Required Qualification and Experience • BSc. in Land Surveying OR • Diploma in Land Surveying and • Two (2) years working experience in Land Surveying 9. SENIOR MAP MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (VACANT) Minimum Required Qualification and Experience • Diploma in an Earth- related Science program and two (2) years related experience. OR • Certificate in an Earth Related Science program or Drafting Technology and three (3) years related experience. • At least three years experience in the use of computer based programmes particularly CAD and GIS. 10. MAP MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (4 VACANT POSTS) Minimum Required Qualification and Experience • Certificate in an Earth Related Science programme or Drafting Technology OR • Minimum of Five (5) CSEC subjects including Mathematics, English, and Technical Drawing • Experience in Mapping related activities 11.
