Winston Sill / Freelance Photographer Chef Brain Lumley prepared a platter of some delectable finegar food: peppered Shrimp with water chestnut and green apple salad glazed with balsamic vinegar, mini bacon quiches, beef kabob roasted with sweet pepper and pasta sauce and Vietnamese spring roll glazed with pineapple sauce absolutely divine. Launch of Armand De Brignac Champagne, held at Bin 26, Devon House, Hope Road on Tuesday night July 5, 2011.
