Executive Director of the National Solid Waste Management Authority (NSWMA), Joan Gordon-Webley, hands a toy to one year-old Kevette Kirby, who gracefully accepts. The infant and other children who were presented with gifts, were left homeless after fire destroyed their homes on West Street in Kingston last Thursday. Gordon-Webley visited them yesterday.
