| Description: |
- Oversee all aspects of the Company’s quality control program
- Conduct trial mix designs and quality control sampling of aggregates
- Prepare Quality Control Records and documentation
- Gather, analyze and report on product test data
- Enforce established policies and regulations related to quality control
- Interact with external customers and investigate complaints of non-conforming product

| Qualifications: |
- Bachelors Degree in Construction Management/Engineering from a recognized university or specialized certification in the required area.
- At least 3 years working experience in Quality Control at a senior level preferably in the construction industry
- Excellent understanding of use and specifications of concrete and aggregates
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong organizational skills and computer literate
- Must possess a valid pick/up truck driver’s licenses with a good driving record
