- Provide technical support to the OUR for the ongoing administration and management of the National Numbering Plan and for the development and implementation of regulations governing the telecommunications sector.

| Qualifications: |
- BSc Degree in Electrical or Telecommunications Engineering
- Extensive operations and/or engineering knowledge and experience with traditional voice, data ad IP Telephony technologies, as well as knowledge of a converged environment
- Sound practical understanding of all aspects of telecommunications numbering applicable to the Jamaican environment.
