| Qualifications: |
- Tertiary level training from an approved Culinary Institute
- Two or three years' experience working in a similar capacity (Sous Chef)
- Garde Manager expertise
- Demonstrated understanding of current culinary market/trends and creative food presentation
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in all cuisines including local, vegetarian and ethic
- Demonstrated presentation skills and knowledge of catering set-up procedures
- Possess excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills (oral/written)
- Ability to read, understand, follow and enforce safety procedures and public health requirements
- Demonstrated willingness and ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and public holidays with varying days off, to support a seven-day-a-week operation
- Possess a valid Food Handler's permit
