  • To Manage the kitchen within the Slots/Gaming Lounges
Qualifications:
  • Tertiary level training from an approved Culinary Institute
  • Two or three years' experience working in a similar capacity (Sous Chef)
  • Garde Manager expertise
  • Demonstrated understanding of current culinary market/trends and creative food presentation
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in all cuisines including local, vegetarian and ethic
  • Demonstrated presentation skills and knowledge of catering set-up procedures
  • Possess excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills (oral/written)
  • Ability to read, understand, follow and enforce safety procedures and public health requirements
  • Demonstrated willingness and ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and public holidays with varying days off, to support a seven-day-a-week operation
  • Possess a valid Food Handler's permit
