- An Attorney-at-Law admitted to practice in Jamaica with at least 3 years’ experience
- Post graduate degree in Intellectual Property Law
- Specialized knowledge of copyright law and administration
- Working knowledge of intellectual property rights
- Excellent supervisory and management skills
- Personable and articulate
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in the use of various computer applications
- Public relations and project management experience would be an asset
