* Business Development & Strategic Planning

Achieve business development targets which are aligned with the organizationʼs strategic vision;
Develop and maintain effective business processes which adequately supports the operations of the company;
Develop and lead the companyʼs strategic revenue generation plans and goals;
Identify and maintain sustainable revenue generation opportunities which are aligned with the companyʼs strategic vision;
Provide expert advice and recommendations on business development;
Design and implement the companys business and operational plans;
Deploy effective strategies geared towards the effectively maximizing brand presence associated with a number of products, locally and regional.

Masters Degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis on Administration;
Excellent business judgment and strong decision making capability;
Very innovative and has an acute awareness and understanding of current business and commercial practices;
At least three years experience in a senior management position.
The ability to build and maintain business networks;
Financial and management expertise.
Results oriented with the ability to think “out of the box”;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
