| Description: |
- Work closely with (a) staff of RADA and the Ministry of Agriculture and (b) the expert in charge of Producer Organization (PO) Capacity Strengthening in order to ensure smooth and well-coordinated implementation.
- In close coordination with the expert in charge of Producer Organization Capacity Strengthening and RADA/MoAF, define the approach and design of the step-by-step organisational and capacity building process of PO Clustering;
- Liaise and collaborate with the Department for Cooperative and Friendly Societies (DCFS), in charge of the training programme that will bring Clusters to the stage of registration.
- Resolve problems that might arise, linked to legal matters of registration under the Co-operative Societies Act or the industrial and Provident Societies’ Act
- Liaise with PO’s and assist with issues related to group dynamics and the group capacity building activities

| Qualifications: |
- A Degree in Workforce Education and Development and/or Rural Sociology
- Academic professional experience in Agricultural marketing
- Work experience in socio-economic geographical conditions to that of Jamaica
- Previous experience with group/cluster development and management.
- Previous experience working with small and medium size agricultural producers
- Previous experience working with international funded projects
- Good time management skills and demonstrate the ability to complete duties in a timely and efficient manner
