Qualifications:
  • First degree in Business Administration, Management Studies or
  • Project Management related area
  • At least three (3) years’ experience in an administrative position or in a senior secretarial position.
  • Experience in a similar project implementing environment
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent customer service skills dynamic
  • self-motivating professional with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Be knowledgeable of Project Implementation and Monitoring.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and should be proficient in Microsoft suite of programmes, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Projects.
  • Knowledge of the operation of standard office equipment, including photocopiers, fax machines, scanners, multimedia projector.
  • Must own and operate a reliable motor vehicle
