| Description: |
- To research and develop the manufacturing processes and recipes of food and drink products in a start-up manufacturing operation.
- To work on existing and newly discovered ingredients and technologies to invent new recipes and concepts.
- Liaising and cooperating with technical and commercial colleagues in procurement, sales and technical services;
- Working with suppliers on quality issues and new product ideas.

| Qualifications: |
- A food-related degree (preferably at the MSc/PhD level) is required.
- A minimum of two (2) years experience in this field is required.
- Have a creative interest in science and how it is applied to food and technology;
- Show commitment, enthusiasm, motivation and attention to details;
- Have good communication and problem solving skills;
- Demonstrate team-working skills and a flexible approach to working.
- Strong organizational, problem solving, negotiation and analytical skills
- Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Creative and highly motivated
- Results oriented, innovative, dynamic and self-motivated
- Keen attention to detail
