- Have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills and be customer focused.
- Have a minimum two (2) years experience in a similar position
- Have positive work ethics and attitude.
- Be able to work well within a team.
- Be fluent in German and English.
- Be willing to work long hours.
- Possess problem solving skills.
- Be computer literate.
