- To engage and foster youth empowerment and development through leveraging resources, capacity building, Programme implementation, management of YIC/YAP, networking, multi-sector collaboration.
- Facilitating and coordinating Youth Organizations such as National Secondary Student Council (NSSC), Jamaica Union for Tertiary Students (JUTS), Jamaica Youth Ambassador Programme (JaYAP), National Youth Council of Jamaica (NYCJ)/Parish Youth Council (PYC).
