| Description: |
* Retail Projects- Accountable for all large projects covering all the domains of change that impact the functional areas of the Retail Banking SBU, the Branch Network, Customer Service Centres and the Electronic Banking Channels
- Development of business cases for these projects and for the management and delivery of project benefits.
- Works with Property Services and other business partners to manage the roll out of the new Branch Design
- Manage the maintenance and upgrade of the existing Branch Fleet through the ongoing premises upgrade project.

| Qualifications: |
- A specialist Retail Banker with an understanding of Technology needs and solutions, Enterprise Architecture, Software Development, system integration, and property management oversight.
- Proven experience managing large and complex projects with allocated budgets with a proven track record of successful delivery.
- Ability to effectively deal with individuals at all levels of the organization as well as with vendors and consultants
- Well-developed influential skills sufficient to resolve distinct differences of opinion or approach; significantly promote and/or negotiate on the Bank’s behalf.
- Well-developed writing skills to prepare material where interpretation analysis, assessment and/or creativity requiring the knowledgeable use of terminology and precise articulation of ideas or opinions is necessary to effectively communicate
- Developed management/leadership skills sufficient to lead/motivate and develop staff
