- Overseeing warehousing operations

- Develops and implements operations strategies to maximize all available resources to maintain operations cost, delivery time and quality.
- Prepares budget and reviews performance against budget to keep operating cost within control.
- Managing, planning, organizing and controlling of Warehouse’ over-all operations.
- Setup and layout, space management, work organization chart; procedures and controls for the organization.
- Ensure that workplace’s health and safety requirements are met and take responsibility for the security of the building and stock.
- Design and implement procedure and control for goods to be received, shipped, checked and the handling of damaged goods.
- Implement cost reduction principle in all aspects of warehouse transactions and activities.
- Oversee the company properties, Garage, Trucking System and company Security system.

| Qualifications: |
- Bachelors degree in Logistics and Operations Management
- At least three (3) years in similar capacity
- Strong organisational skills
- Be able to multitask
- Be able to use computer applications effectively
- Have prior experience in operational management
- Efficiently communicate both verbally and in written form
- Have comprehensive knowledge of quality assurance principles, methods, design, testing and implementation
- Have leadership and supervisory skills
- Have interpersonal skills
- Be able to work with teams
