| Description: |
* Montego Bay - Responsible for all the Human Resource functions of the College
- Manages the recruiting and selection process in consultation with the relevant Deans, Vice Principals and Principal
- Oversees the performance management system for all levels of staff to ensure the College's strategic objectives are met
- Identifies staff training needs and coordinates professional development workshops
- Plans and implements employee social welfare and incentive programs
- Prepares human resource plans and budgets for the various human resource activities
- Manages the College's leave management and attendance systems
- Develops, communicates and implements appropriate human resource policies

| Qualifications: |
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
- At least three years working experience in the field of human resources
- Sound knowledge of Jamaican Labour Laws and the Education Act
- Excellent communication and motivational skills
- Proficiency in the use of all Microsoft word computer applications
