Description:
  • Manage the operations of a Canteen which includes sales, expense, stock and cash control
  • Motivate, train and manage a workforce of between 15 and 25
  • Monitor product quality and service delivered
Qualifications:
  • Tertiary level Diploma or Certificate in Food Service Management or related field
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in Management or Supervision OR
  • A minimum of 4 CXC or GCE subjects including Mathematics and English Language.
  • A minimum of 6 years experience as a Manager and /or Supervisor.
  • Valid Food Handler's Permit.
