- Direct responsibility for Distributors, Key Accounts and Export Markets
- Supervise sales staff in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Ensure sales targets are met monthly and annually.
- Manage debtors by ensuring an effective credit policy and collection procedure

| Qualifications: |
- Tertiary education preferred
- At least five (5) years related working experience which includes supervisory responsibility.
- Must own and operate a reliable motor vehicle and be willing to travel island-wide and overseas
- Be computer literate with good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to implement and deliver strategies to enable appropriate and significant revenue growth.
