* Financial Services - Lead the FSC team in meeting its mandate to protect users of financial services and in implementing the agreed strategy
- To ensure effective legislation, operating policies and procedures governing the insurance, pensions and securities industries

| Qualifications: |
- Postgraduate qualifications in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting or Law; OR professional qualification in Finance Accounting or Law
- Extensive senior management experience in a financial supervisory authority or in private/public sector insurance, securities or pension administration
- An informed and current understanding of the operations of global financial markets and supervisory standards
- The capacity to build the internal cohesiveness of the FSC in pursuit of its exceptionally important societal goals
- The demonstrated ability to build and motivate a solid team of managers and cultivate an infrastructure of support
- Professional presence, independent analytical thinking, sound judgement and unquestioned integrity
- A confident communicator with the ability to interact credibly and comfortably at all levels and build positive relationships with industry players, government, local and international agencies
