| Description: |
* Regions (East, South, West) - Responsible for all operations and commercial functions within the assigned region
- Ensuring the efficiency, growth and financial viability of the region
- Provide leadership which builds trust, teamwork, alignment and transparency within and across the region
- Lead the development and execution of the region strategic plan
- Collaborate and negotiate with stakeholders to optimize business opportunities
- lead the development and growth of the business in the region
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenues, reduce losses (system losses), and minimize costs within and across regions
- Oversee the development, implementation and continuous review of operational processes and standards for all services to ensure consistency in delivery within the region
- Develop and lead customer service initiatives and ensure the maintenance of an environment that promotes quality customer service
- Ensure the development, implementation and continuous review/update of safety and quality standards ensuring alignment to industry standards and relevance to specific environment
- Develop strategies to increase sales and revenues in the region

| Qualifications: |
- At least a First Degree in Management or an equivalent discipline
- Ten years in corporate management, three of which should be at a senior level
- Demonstrated experience in managing organizational change
- Effective budget management
- Strategic and analytical thinking
- Sound decision making and problem solving
- Demonstrated results orientation
- Strong customer focus
- Effective team building
- Proven change management ability
- Excellent communication skills
- Interpersonal awareness and emotional intelligence
- The ability to drive culture enhancement
- Reside in and travel within the region
