| Description: |
- Responsible for proactively undertaking sales activities to grow the Bank’s deposit base and credit portfolio.
- Engage customers and prospects in a courteous and efficient manner to ensure delivery of a high standard of professional service in keeping with the Bank’s Service Standards.
- Solicit and prospect for new banking relationships and credit customers.
- Facilitate the loan application process ensuring that proper due diligence is observed. Prepare credit approval requests and execute competent security procedures to avoid risk.
- Maintain adequate knowledge of all banking products. Offer solutions to clients seeking advice on issues relating to financing new or existing business.
- Develop relationships with current and potential customers with a view to securing new business for the Bank.

| Qualifications: |
- Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Finance or a relevant discipline
- At least two (2) years sales experience in the area of retail credit in a financial institution
- Knowledge and training in Credit and Commercial Banking
- Demonstrated Sales and Customer Service skills
- Self-motivated, High-Achiever and Results-oriented
- Must own a reliable motor vehicle
