* Continuing Education & Workforce Development - Providing leadership and vision for a dynamic division, which offers unique education and training experiences for our part time adult learners
- Formulates the division's operational plan which will give ultimate direction in meeting its goals and objectives
- Coordinates with the various faculty Deans in the recruitment, development and appraisal for adjunct lecturers
- Maintains effective communication with faculty, staff and students
- Implements a comprehensive marketing plan which includes conducting marketing surveys to determine the gaps in the provision of education and training for our target communities
- Prepares an annual budget and monitors the division's expenditure
- Determines the cost of each program and provides breakeven data and profit options
- Oversees curriculum design, development and implementation of new courses and specialized training to meet the demands of the target community
- Responsible for ensuring the timely submission of grades and examination of all adjunct lecturers
- Oversees the matriculation and ratification process for the division
- Assist with the formation of linkages with partners in the education sector for the provision of joint courses

| Qualifications: |
- Masters Degree in Management Studies or its equivalent
- Teach Training Certification
- Strong organizational and supervisory skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills
- Documented expertise in planning, marketing and budgeting
