Shaping the strategic direction of the Company's hardware, software and overall technical infrastructure
Provide direction in the design and implementation of best practice and cost effective IT solutions which will enhance productivity and inform the decision making process at the senior management level
Provides strategic direction to the company to ensure the implementation of best practice and cost effective solutions
Determines the information technology requirements and priorities of the organization, assesses system capacity and makes sound recommendations on equipment acquisition
Leads in the development and implementation of operating policies, procedures and work standards enabling business continuity
Ensures the alignment of all IT projects with corporate goals and business imperatives
Conducts continuous reviews of the Company's IT infrasturcture to ensure alignment efficiency and relevance

Bachelor of Science in Information/Computer Science or Management Information Systems
Postgraduate training in management preferred
10+ years experience directing and leading IT operations teams
Proven track record of accomplishments in a large, comples environment
Demonstrated ability in the development and implementation of IT strategic plans
Excellent customer focus and business acumen supporting the delivery of IT operational and support services
Strategic and analytical thinking
