| Qualifications: |
- A minimum of eight (8) years experience in a similar position
- M.Sc Degree in Management or related discipline
- B.Sc Degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Mass Communication
- Outstanding expertise in media/public relations, strategic planning, critical thinking, oral and written communication
- Working knowledge of the OUR Act as amended
- Outstanding interpersonal and team-building skills
- Fully computer literate, specifically in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
