Description:
  • Planning, organizing and coordinating the implementation of the public relations functions of the OUR in accordance with the established policy guidelines of the Office
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of eight (8) years experience in a similar position
  • M.Sc Degree in Management or related discipline 
  • B.Sc Degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Mass Communication
  • Outstanding expertise in media/public relations, strategic planning, critical thinking, oral and written communication
  • Working knowledge of the OUR Act as amended
  • Outstanding interpersonal and team-building skills
  • Fully computer literate, specifically in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
