| Description: |
- Provide sales and business performance reports to aid decision making by managers and vendors.
- Maintain user security for business applications (create users and assign profiles).
- Provide support with the planning, evaluation, development, and implementation of new applications, and enhancements.
- Provide demonstration, tutorial support and training to users in specific system software and mission critical products.
- Update applications and maintain related equipment, ensuring optimal performance levels.
- Troubleshoot problems experienced with systems in a timely manner, identify solutions to problems and ensure that they are implemented.
- Provide day to day maintenance support for SQL-based applications including Great Plains, Accellos One Warehouse Management System & Kronos H.R Solution.

| Qualifications: |
- A Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, or related discipline
- Minimum of three (3) years experience working with SQL 200x Server
- Competence in SQL Reporting Services and SQL Analysis Services
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with professional demeanor and strong work ethics
- Experience in Microsoft Great Plains and Crystal Reports support would be a distinct advantage.
