- Responsible to assist with the sourcing of equipment, troubleshooting, repairs and installation of new equipment.
- Maintain equipment to improve reliability and availability
- Implement preventative and corrective maintenance work
- Support the modification of preventative maintenance programme
- Train operators in basic maintenance activities

| Qualifications: |
- Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 2 years experience in the role of a Mechanical or Electrical Technician (Preferably in a Food Processing environment)
- Computer Literacy
- Problem solving skills/abilities
- Good working knowledge of mechanical systems to include pneumatics, hydraulics, industrial refrigeration, boiler systems and of 3-phase power circuits including motors, starters and isolators and their installation.
- Working knowledge Microsoft suite applications, autocad and PLC software, RS Logics will be an asset.
