| Description: |
- To supervise a team of sales reps across the island
- Achieve sales quota by working closely with sales reps, physicians, retail and hospital pharmacists and ancillary medical stakeholders
- Develop professional relationships with pharmacists and key physicians on an on-going basis through face-to-face office calls, conducting/organizing/attending Continuing Health (CHE) events and attending medical congresses
- Maintain a high level of personal knowledge relating to existing, new and competitive products
- Develop & maintain strong relationship with clients and sales reps and provide extra-mile and value-added services
- Provide valuable feedback to the manager re market trend, competitive activities, growth opportunities, etc

| Qualifications: |
- University diploma and/or degree or Post-Secondary certification in relevant field
- Have a valid driver's license and well maintained vehicle
- Be aggressive, business like and polite
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and team skills
- Be self-motivated, self managed and results-oriented
- Experience in sales/marketing and/or Pharmaceutical Industry will be an asset
