| Description: |
- Management and storage of inventory items and the accuracy of the inventory management systems.
- Ensure that all transactions conducted strictly adhere to the company's policies and procedures and that the inventory database is up-dated on a timely basis to reflect same.
- Motivate and direct staff members to achieve prescribed performance targets within tight deadlines.
- Receiving and storage of inventory
- Control and reconciliation of inventory items
- Supervising the Stores Team Replenishing of inventory items
- Preparation and submission of reports
- Management of the Stores budget

| Qualifications: |
- A first Degree in Business or related discipline with at least five (5) years experience in stores and inventory management. An MBA Degree would provide a competitive edge
- Working knowledge of Project Management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent leadership, communication and interactive skills
- Positive work ethic and team oriented
- Strong organisation and coordination skills
- A quick thinker with an analytical mind
