Qualifications:
  • Postgraduate training in education, management or a related field or any other equivalent combination of qualification/training
  • A minimum of seven (7) years experience in a Senior Executive capacity in the field of education
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strategic thinking
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of the local education sector, Government of Jamaica's operational policies and procedures and global trends in education
