| Description: |
- Understand and make recommendations on the profitability of existing products and service
- Develop new and innovative products based on extensive industry review and a solid understanding of customer needs
- Develop and maintain a 3 year product strategy & road map by incorporating global trends and case studies, LIME customer feedback and in depth commercial and financial analysis, which are aligned to the company's strategy and direction
- Keep in close contact with development across all markets for LIME, define and analyze industry best practices and developments in the Broadband space & suggest those that will be a benefit to LIME
- Be familiar, with the range of products offered by our competitors, and evaluate and submit monthly reports in developments in the market
- Ensure each product has clear process and technical descriptions for delivery functions to work against

| Qualifications: |
- At least a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Marketing
- A minimum of three (3) years Product Managing experience in a technology/telecommunications environment
- Project Management and cross-functional coordination experience
- Experience in formulation and delivery of Strategy, product plans and Business Cases
- Proven ability to develop long term strategies directly linked to AOP and 3-5 year planning cycles
- Strong knowledge of Telecommunications Products, particularly complex solutions for high value customers
