Description:
  • Understand and make recommendations on the profitability of existing products and service
  • Develop new and innovative products based on extensive industry review and a solid understanding of customer needs
  • Develop and maintain a 3 year product strategy & road map by incorporating global trends and case studies, LIME customer feedback and in depth commercial and financial analysis, which are aligned to the company's strategy and direction
  • Keep in close contact with development across all markets for LIME, define and analyze industry best practices and developments in the Broadband space & suggest those that will be a benefit to LIME
  • Be familiar, with the range of products offered by our competitors, and evaluate and submit monthly reports in developments in the market
  • Ensure each product has clear process and technical descriptions for delivery functions to work against
Qualifications:
  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Marketing
  • A minimum of three (3) years Product Managing experience in a technology/telecommunications environment
  • Project Management and cross-functional coordination experience
  • Experience in formulation and delivery of Strategy, product plans and Business Cases
  • Proven ability to develop long term strategies directly linked to AOP and 3-5 year planning cycles
  • Strong knowledge of Telecommunications Products, particularly complex solutions for high value customers
