Production Manager

Description:
  • To oversee the operations of a sign company to ensure jobs are completed to standard, quality is maintained and deadlines are achieved.
  • To ensure that project deadlines are met.
  • Ensure projects are within budget.
  • To prepare analytical reports that will assist with the management decisions of the organization.
  • Ensure that all quality standards are maintained.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently and track jobs electronically via company’s database
Qualifications:
  • BSc in Business Administration majoring in Production and Operations Management or an Engineering Degree
  • 7-10 years experience in a manufacturing environment with knowledge of fabrication and electrical and or production or operations experience
  • 3 years Supervisory experience
  • A leader by nature who is highly self motivated
  • Excellent organizational and delegating skills
  • High standards in quality with an eye for details
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Excellent use of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Results driven
