| Description: |
- Handles all incoming and outgoing correspondence, telephone calls and appointments for the Executive Office.
- Carries out assignments involving research to facilitate preparation of reports
- Coordinates and attends meeting and takes minutes for reproduction.
- Maintenance of adequate levels of stationery and office supplies within the Office
- Prepares correspondence to Minister responsible for Electoral Matters in addition to other Ministries/Departments.
- Assists in the coordination and execution of election related activities handled by the Director of Elections.
- Responds to routine correspondence, both internally and externally.

| Qualifications: |
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management Studies, Public Administration or equivalent
- Diploma in Secretarial Studies from an accredited institution and/or Certified Administrative Management (CAM) Level 2 Certificate from the Management Institute for National Development (MIND).
- Proficiency in standard computer applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience at a similar level.
- Designation of Certified Professional Secretary (CPS) is desirable.
