Description:
  • Consistently facilitating the seamless delivery of an exceptional customer experience at all touch points within the store
  • Monitoring staff interactions with customer to ensure that staff delivers consistently high service standards
  • Analysis of Customer Satisfaction Surveys conducted, investigate trends in customer compliants and design solutions
  • Identifying new ways to improve the customer experience within the store on and on-going basis
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Business Administration/Management Studies or related field
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar capacity
  • Strong (internal and external) Customer Service skills
  • Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Proven ability in dealing with all levels of customer issues
  • Clear understanding of customer service psychology and being able to execute the company strategy and direction
