- Identifying new ways to improve the customer experience within the store on and on-going basis

| Qualifications: |
- Degree in Business Administration/Management Studies or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar capacity
- Strong (internal and external) Customer Service skills
- Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proven ability in dealing with all levels of customer issues
- Clear understanding of customer service psychology and being able to execute the company strategy and direction
