Principal : Careers

Overseeing the operational planning and development;
Directing the day-to-day academic and associated operation of the school and providing day-to-day professional guidance and leadership;
To interact and collaborate with the students, staff, parents and community to build a school environment that maximizes student learning, academic performance, social growth and physical education while building on the Munro College tradition of excellence.

A degree from a recognized university in a relevant discipline, preferably at the Masters level.
A minimum of five years experience at the management level, preferably in an academic setting.
Proven knowledge of curriculum development.
Proven knowledge of budgeting and fiscal management.
Proven knowledge of policy formulation.
Aptitude for strategic thinking, planning and implementation.
Strong Inter-personal and Communication Skills.
