* Administration & Procurement
  • Manage the procurement of equipment, material and services as well as other administrative functions within the CMS
  • Ensure the efficient management of office and transportation services in the Court Management Services so that Government standards and policies are maintained
Qualifications:
  • First Degree in Management Studies/Business Administration
  • Professional qualification in purchasing and in Inventory Management AND
  • Training in Inventory Management, Supervisory Management, Supplies and Purchasing Management
  • Training in Budget Preparation
  • Four (4) years working experience in Procurement and Administration/Office Services Management within the public or private sector at a supervisory level
  • Working knowledge of computers
  • Excellent knowledge of Government's procurement policy
  • Knowledge of Inventory Management System (IMS)
  • Excellent communication, planning and negotiating skills
  • Good analytical skills
  • Good report writing skills
  • Knowledge of FAA Act, Staff Orders and Government's asset management
  • Ability to make sound decisions
