| Description: |
- To assist in the development, promotion and enhancement of the company's image and reputation with efficient and courteous customer service at all assigned areas within the operation, including our check-in counters, departure gates, arrival halls and baggage service areas
- Provide oversight and management of passenger-handling activities with particular attention to the achievement of On-Time Performance
- Supervision of third party contractor service agreements would also be a requirement of the post

| Qualifications: |
- A minimum of five (50 GCE/CXC Passes, including Mathe,atics and English. CAPE/GCE Advanced Level Qualifications are an asset
- Minimum of three (3) years experience in a similar role
- Proficient in the use of MS Suite, including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Knowledge ofosftware programmes used by the Company will be an asset
- Posess basic supervisory skills
- Have a strong sense of self-confidence
- Have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Be able to work well as a contributing member of a high performance team
