Description:
  • To assist in the development, promotion and enhancement of the company's image and reputation with efficient and courteous customer service at all assigned areas within the operation, including our check-in counters, departure gates, arrival halls and baggage service areas
  • Provide oversight and management of passenger-handling activities with particular attention to the achievement of On-Time Performance
  • Supervision of third party contractor service agreements would also be a requirement of the post
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of five (50 GCE/CXC Passes, including Mathe,atics and English. CAPE/GCE Advanced Level Qualifications are an asset
  • Minimum of three (3) years experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in the use of MS Suite, including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Knowledge ofosftware programmes used by the Company will be an asset
  • Posess basic supervisory skills
  • Have a strong sense of self-confidence
  • Have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Be able to work well as a contributing member of a high performance team
