- Duties will span a range of activities in the areas of litigation, legislative processes and opinion writing
- Investigation, preparation and presentation of cases relating to violations of the Fair Competition Act (FCA).

| Qualifications: |
- Qualified as a practising Attorney with no less than three years experience at the Bar in any member state of CARICOM.
- Experience must include litigation.
- Exposure to economic concepts and/or competition law would be a distinct asset.
NB: The Legal Officer reports directly to the Senior Legal Counsel, and will be required to interact with Economists.
