  • Provide a full range of administrative support and assistance to the Chief Executive Officer. 
  • Day to day record keeping of the HR Function 
  • Overseeing of staff welfare matters.
  • Bachelorʼs Degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • At least three (3) years experience providing support at the executive level.
  • Minimum two (2) years experience managing or providing support in a HR environment
  • Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures.
  • Ability to relate to persons at all levels, possessing excellent communication, interpersonal and people-management skills.
  • Initiative, flexibility, and confidentiality.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong HR orientation
