| Qualifications: |
- Bachelorʼs Degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management or equivalent
- At least three (3) years experience providing support at the executive level.
- Minimum two (2) years experience managing or providing support in a HR environment
- Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures.
- Ability to relate to persons at all levels, possessing excellent communication, interpersonal and people-management skills.
- Initiative, flexibility, and confidentiality.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong HR orientation
