| Qualifications: |
- Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration majoring in Human Resource Management.
- Three yearsʼ experience at a senior management level with exposure to all aspects of Human Resource Management
- Expert knowledge of the public sector personnel policies and procedures, the Staff Orders for the Public Service and the Public Service Regulations
- Knowledge of Industrial Relations practices
- Ability to apply Human Resource Management techniques to problem solving
- Proficiency in the use of computer applications
- Highly developed interviewing, analytical and negotiating skills
