  • Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration majoring in Human Resource Management.
  • Three yearsʼ experience at a senior management level with exposure to all aspects of Human Resource Management
  • Expert knowledge of the public sector personnel policies and procedures, the Staff Orders for the Public Service and the Public Service Regulations
  • Knowledge of Industrial Relations practices
  • Ability to apply Human Resource Management techniques to problem solving
  • Proficiency in the use of computer applications
  • Highly developed interviewing, analytical and negotiating skills
