| Description: |
- To provide secretarial, executive and administrative support activities to the CEO and Directors in the development, implementation, and executive management of a dynamic company
- To coordinate office management activities
- Establishing and maintaining various filing and records management systems.
- Reading and screening incoming correspondence and reports;
- Making preliminary assessment of the importance of materials and organizing documents.
- Coordinating and facilitating the CEO’s calendar to arrange appointments, meetings, and special events.
- To plan and coordinate arrangements for meetings. Prepares agenda and collects materials for meetings, speeches, and conferences;
- Takes minutes and keeps records of proceedings.
- To assist with the establishment, revision and maintenance of office procedures and policies.
- To maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies.
- To maintain records for the company’s fleet if vehicles and ensure that documents are current and satisfy legal requirements.
- To manage the registration process of the company and its affiliates.

| Qualifications: |
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (or equivalent professional qualifications)
- Minimum of five (5) years experience in similar position ;
- Supervisory experience would be an asset.
- Preferably residing in Clarendon.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Competence information technology applications.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to manage company change initiatives in a competitive environment.
- Proven analytical and problem solving skills.
- Strong decision-making skills.
