| Description: |
- The safe and productive operation of any Harvester, Tractor or vehicle assigned to him.
- Completing tasks and duties assigned to him in a timely and effective manner.
- Attaching farm implements such as plows, discs, sprayers, or harvesters to tractors, using bolts and hand tools.
- Loading and unloading crops or containers of materials, manually or using conveyors, hand trucks, forklifts, or transfer augers.
- Loading hoppers, containers, or conveyors to feed machines with products, using forklifts, transfer augers, suction gates, shovels, or pitchforks.
- Manipulating controls to set, activate, and adjust mechanisms on machinery as required.
- He will be expected to treat company equipment with care and respect observing and listening to the machinery's operation to detect equipment malfunctions and react accordingly.
- Following all reasonable requests made by his supervisor
- Working extended hours as required provided reasonable notice where possible is given.

| Qualifications: |
- Holder of a valid General Drivers’ License with an articulated tractor/trailer designation.
- Have a minimum of five (5) years experience operating a Harvester/ a Tractor.
- Experience in sugar cane cultivation or at least five (5) years experience in another agricultural enterprise.
- Knowledge of farm machinery and equipment used in agricultural production.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
