| Description: |
- Planning, organising, leading and supervising training and development for the organisation, for spearheading the career development programme
- Ensuring that the required skills and knowledge capacity exist within the Company to support ongoing strategies.
- Identify training and development needs based on job descriptions, training needs analysis, and required competencies
- Create and facilitate the development and implementation of a training programme for all employees and a performance management programme, for ongoing staff development.

| Qualifications: |
- A Master’s Degree or equivalent work experience, 3-5 years in curriculum development in an academic setting or in a similar organization and/or 3-5 years in staff development.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Highly effective presentation and public speaking abilities
- Highly effective verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to be proactive, self motivated and self directed
- Depth of practical experience in both technical and non technical training
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications
- Experience with on line training and development software Industry related experience (Pharmaceutical/FMCG distribution) would be an asset
