* KINGSTON, ST CATHERINE & MANDEVILLE - Assisting the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Managers with administrative functions as well as Crew Member supervision to ensure that they are motivated;
- Adhere to Company policy and procedures while maintaining a very high standard of food quality, safety, excellent customer service and cleanliness.

| Qualifications: |
- A minimum of five (5) CXC/CSEC/GCE O’Level subjects, including English Language and Mathematics
- Certificate in Food Management or equivalent qualification
- A minimum of two (2) years experience in the service industry, in a supervisory position
- Knowledge of restaurant operations industry
- Excellent inter-personal skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Be able to work shifts Monday to Friday, weekends and on Public Holiday
