  • Conduct research assignments
  • Disseminate information to the public as directed by the Committee
  • Conduct quantitative analyses of reports by liaising with the reporting agency and through the use of other available resources
  • Prepare monthly status reports for submission to the Committee on the number of agencies which have submitted reports and the status of the Committee's intervention
  • Maintain a record of agencies that have submitted annual reports to the House of Parliament and the periods of reporting
  • Collaborate with the Committee Clerk to prepare a schedule of matters to be reviewed by the Committee and organize meetings for the review of reports
  • Attend all meetings of the PAAC and other relevant meetings as directed by the Committee
  • Prepare briefs on research findings for written and/or oral presentations to the Members of the Committee and other relevant stakeholders
  • In collaboration with the Public Relations Officer, organize media briefings as directed by the Committee and provide information for dissemination to the public
  • B.A in Public Administration/Statistics or related field
  • Over five (5) years experience in a related field
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent presentation, organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of the terms of reference of the PAAC and the Financial Administration and Audit (FAA) Act would be an asset
NB: The selected candidate would be expected to serve for an initial period of three years with the possibility for renewal based on satisfactory performance. A gratuity is payable at the end of the period.
