* KINGSTON, ST CATHERINE & MANDEVILLE - Responsible for the management of assigned team members in accordance with Company Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards;
- Assisting with the general operations within the restaurant;
- Assist with administrative functions assigned;
- Continuously working towards consistent, high level of customer service and meal preparation standards.

| Qualifications: |
- Diploma in Institutional Management or equivalent qualification
- A 1st Degree in Good and Beverage Management would be an asset
- A minimum of three (3 years) experience in the service industry, in a supervisory position
- A passion for the food and hospital industry
- Excellent inter-personal skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Be able to work shifts Monday to Friday, weekends and on Public Holidays
