| Description: |
- Managing day-to-day responsibilities associated with third party relationship management, programme design, cross-functional team communications, monitoring and analysis of results
- Design, implement, measure and optimize programs/campaigns to meet the company's objectives
- Build and maintain strong company/third party relationships
- Serve as key point of contact for matters relating to third party initiatives, gaining a deep understanding of the industry, competitors, and specific business challenges
- Work with internal and third party teams to understand target audience needs, propose customer treatment and messaging strategies, identify barriers and levers to achieve desired engagement outcomes
- Manage the development and implementation of third party programme, in alignment with company objectives
- Collaborate with internal departments to implement, measure, and enhance programme design and delivery
- Track and analyze campaign/programme-level results and initiatives to measure ROI, drive continuous programme improvement, and achieve profitability targets

| Qualifications: |
- 2-3 years' experience in contact centre operations/client services, or customer relationship management
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or related discipline
- Ability to design and successfully execute customer relationship management solutions across contact center applications
- In-depth knowledge of business metrics/scorecards, campaign analysis, media evaluation, forecasting & financial calculation (ROI) and customer strategy development
- Excellent project management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills
- Analytical orientation
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities
- Analytical and strong problem solving skills
