  • To provide technical support to facilitate the achievement of the Agencyís mission, goals and objectives.

  • Application Tracking System updated with all interactions with customers
  • Special Projects completed
  • Acts on routine correspondences within delegated authority.
  • Prepares correspondences relating to matters being address.
  • Liaise with the departments in order to satisfy customer needs.
  • Receives, make and screen telephone calls as required.
  • Perform any other related duty that may be assigned

  • Diploma in Management Studies/Business Administration or equivalent qualification/training
  • Five (5) subjects at GCE Oílevel/CXC General Proficiency level including English and Mathematics.
  • One (1) year related experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of the laws, regulations, policies and procedures of the operations of the department.
  • Excellent knowledge of office procedures and practices.
  • Knowledge of office machines and equipment.
  • Knowledge of relevant computer applications.
  • Good human relation skills.
  • Good communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Good organising and management skills.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
